To ensure that we can provide the level of service, staffing, marketing and professional presentation that every Teal Butterfly Estate deserves, estate sales are accepted only when the estimated saleable contents have a minimum value of $8,000.
Following our initial consultation, we will assess the contents of the property to determine whether an on-site estate sale is the most appropriate and financially viable option.
